I Originally heard about this only yesterday,I was listening to the V Festival 2010 Podcast,There was an Interview with Paul Weller.He mentioned about performing at the first V Festival in 1996 with Noel.I made a Request for it and Stef (There Is A Light) kindly uploaded it over on L4E.
